How many days does my order reach my address?

What should you pay attention to when receiving cargo?

I was not at my address when my cargo arrived, what can I do?

If you are not at your address, DHL Express is delivered to the nearest branch of the shipping company. Then, information is given via SMS. With your order number, you can contact your cargo company to get your product. In order to ensure that your product will not be returned to NOTFROMMHERE, you must take delivery of your package within 3 days at the latest. In case your order is returned, please call Customer Service.

Can I get my cargo from the branch?

Yes, you can get your product from the branch office by contacting the shipping company.

Are the products I ordered at different times are shipped?

Each order has its own shipping code. Therefore, orders made at different times cannot be delivered at the same time.

Can I change the order address of the product I purchased?

Do I have to be a member to shop?

No, you can make purchases as a guest user. However, if you are a member, you can easily follow up on the order status, invoice tracking, refund, cancellation and change and you can do your transactions quickly.

How long do the products I put on my basket?

The products you put in your cart will remain in our stock. When the stock is run out, it is automatically deleted.

My product is defective. What should I do?

I have a coupon code. How can I use it?

You can apply the discount by adding your coupon code to the Discount Code box on the basket page. You can see the discounted new amount in the total price section.

Is it possible to use multiple discount coupons on the same order?

No, you can only use one discount coupon for each order.

Can I use the same coupon for different orders?

No, you can only use 1 coupon code.

How can I return the product I purchased?

As NOTFROMHERE, customer satisfaction is very important for us. You can return the product you purchased in 15 days without any reason. The swimwear and lingerie products are not accepted due to hygiene. You may return the products in the original packaging provided that the labels have not been removed and used. You can follow the steps below for the return process. When the return product is received by us, the process will be completed as soon as possible and you will be informed.

When will I receive the refund of my order?
